There is two areas where you can choose your scanner options. One is under the File Menu and one is on the quick access toolbar at the top. The settings in these areas do not always stay in sync though.
I have been running into this on multiple machines at our client but have not had the opportunity to get support involved. It was working correctly until we upgraded to 9.1.0 and we are currently running 9.1.1.
Basically if we go to File Scanner Options and select say Color instead of Black and White. The Quick Access toolbar continues to display Black and White.
If we scan it comes in color just as we asked. If we mouse over the drop down that displays Black and White we get a tool tip that says "Color". In every way our settings work but we don't see them. Same goes for Page Size and Feeder which show blank instead of what is actually set.
I am trying to find a way to either hide this quick access toolbar or any info on resolving the issue. If I get the ok to contact support I will but workstation downtime is sometimes an issue.
They are using TWAIN.
