Workflow 9.1 Error 0263-WF1

I am trying to route documents from one folder to another and send an email, but it is giving me an error "No entry was specified"

 

I do receive an email but the document stays in the original folder.

The workflow is configured in a manner where the document that triggers the workflow is the same one to be routed? Try running the workflow in the designer directly and supply the starting entry ID using the document you want to route.

Is the routing activity configured to route the starting entry or some other entry?

I forgot to insert a wait condition in the workflow, so the workflow was rushing to the next activity without waiting for the change in the approval field.
