adding all outlook users

In the Laserfiche Admin Console, if I add the all outlook users group in the Windows Accounts, will I be able to individually set rights to each person or will this affect all the accounts?

Adding a Windows group to the Admin Console will allow you to set Laserfiche security according to that group as a whole. If you want to set unique Laserfiche security settings for individual users, you'll need to add those individual users' Windows accounts to the Admin Console.

So I would have to individually add every employees account?  There is no other way to do this faster?  If a company has thousands of employees that would take a very long time to do.

What Aaron is saying is that if you add the group, you can assign rights to the group and they will apply to all the members of the group when they log into Laserfiche. Laserfiche rights are inherited from the groups the user is a member of. You only need to add individual users if you want to give them rights that would be different from the rest of the group.
