When one of my users opens Laserfiche it hangs and doesn't even get to the start screen. I have to end task to get it to close and when I open it again it works. The problem is very intermittent throughout the day. I have uninstalled and ran a clean install. I have given users full control access to to the Laserfiche folders. I have cleaned up start up items to make sure other programs are not causing the problem. I have checked the performance monitor to see if I can find any issues and I see nothing. Any suggestions?
