On open Laserfiche hangs not responding

When one of my users opens Laserfiche it hangs and doesn't even get to the start screen. I have to end task to get it to close and when I open it again it works.  The problem is very intermittent throughout the day. I have uninstalled and ran a clean install. I have given users full control access to to the Laserfiche folders. I have cleaned up start up items to make sure other programs are not causing the problem. I have checked the performance monitor to see if I can find any issues and I see nothing. Any suggestions?

You could try generating a dump file when the Client is hung and then have your reseller send it to Tech Support to take a look at what's going on.

Is there anything in the event log?

Nothing that I can see - It shows that she logged into Outlook and our Antivirus software logged in. It also shows when I remoted in but nothing else. I did check the Firewall and all traffic is allowed so I don't think that is throwing it.
