I am having a problem with 6 new PC's with Windows 7 scanning through Laserfiche client.  Recievin error "Faulting module path:  C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll. I have reinstalled the OS but have the same result.

Lisa, please have your reseller open a case with Tech Support. It's not possible to troubleshoot this error from just the message. Tech Support will walk you to checking file versions and generating a dump file for the crash.

What was the outcome of this? I'm having the same problem.

We do not have a solution as this time.  Working with support and it appears that has been any other complaints.

resolved similar ntdll.dll error with update to 10.4.3
