Is there a way to embed a link to a file or the actual file for a user to view when filling out a form?

We have all new employees fill out their new hire paperwork via a Laserfiche form. It generates a pdf for them to sign. one of the signature pages is an agreement to the handbook and such. We would like to save paper and have this file electronically view-able while they are completing the form if they wish to view it.I also email the file to them once i process their paperwork for their records. 

I considered creating a collapsible section for them to expand and view the data hard coded into the form, but the packet is actually 49 pages long, would really not want to recreate our documents if at all possible. thank you.
