License Manager Migration Question?

So I have a question. Yesterday, we migrated license manager to a new server. The customer has 200 named user license...and in that, there is a Server that has 1 alloctated Named User, another that has 16 Named Users, all the rest are AD Users. We detached the license DB, then unregstered the server, and then installed License Manager on the new server, and attached the DB, part of the wizard prompted us to select how many Named Users we wanted to allocate. It was showed 0/50. I was a little confused here as I'm not sure where the 50 came from since they had purchased 200 named user licenses? Can someone help explain what I was seeing? We entered 16 and moved on, but I just want to make sure we don't enounter issues later.

Where does it show 0/50? It should be a single text box that allows you to enter any number. If you select your master license (the node right under your registered server) how many Total Named Users does it display?

So we could enter in the number of user we wanted to allocate (0/50) the zero part...but we couldn't change the 50 to 200. Below is a screenshot of what I see under the Master License:

Where in the UI did you see 0/50? Please provide a screenshot for clarification.

Not sure I can unless I go through the process of registering the license again.

You can access it again by right clicking and selecting properties of the server under your Laserfiche Servers. It will be in the General tab.

Chad, if I right click and go to properties of the Server...this is all I get which is nothing what I was referring to in my post??st??

That looks like a different properties window. Is that the properties of the server listed under the Laserfiche Servers node? It is a much larger window.

Yes...you are talking about in License Manager correct?

No, he's talking about the instance of LF Server you registered. Under Registered Applications\Laserfiche Server\server name.
