Forms 9.1.1 Upgrade: Forms Configuration failed to load; Your Laserfiche Forms license has expired.

After upgrading Forms to 9.1.1 (on VAR kit) and launched Forms Config I am presented with a screen with messages

Forms Configuration failed to load

Your Laserfiche Forms license has expired

Can anybody, especially someone from Laserfiche, help me resolve this.

John,

Your yearly VAR Kit expiration is March 12th. My suspicion is that while you have renewed your VAR Kit LSAP, making your company set until March 12th, 2015, I believe that this particular computer may still be using an old Forms 9.1 license file that has an expiration of March 12th, 2014.

What you would need to do is to re-activate the Forms product on that computer using our Activation Tool and then replace the old license file with the new license file that would expire March 12th, 2015.

The Forms license file's default location is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin and you will need to restart the Forms service upon replacing the license file.
