No "save incomplete form" email

Email server has been set up, email verification and completed forms email are working properly but will not send an email if incomplete form is saved.

 

Any reason why the other two emails would be working without a problem but the save incomplete form will not send an email?

Event logs show this issue is because the forms server anti-virus McAfee is identifying laserfiche emails as "spam".  Have to disable setting.
