Create Customer Support Site Account

I am a VAR, and trying to sign up a customer for some CPP courses.  I believe I need to create a support site account for the customer users.  How do I do this, under their Company (rather than my internal company)?


I have searched through the VAR portal, and I can register prospects.  I have checked in the Support Site profile, but I can only make accounts under my VAR company, not under a customer (that has license and activation keys).

If you or the customer(preferred) go to https://support.laserfiche.com/login.aspx , there is a register link at the bottom of the login dialogue. You can create accounts there as long as you have their serial number. Provide a name and email. You should be able to use that for the CPP courses once registered.
