LF Forms Email Approval Settings.

Trying to use the email approval setting for a demo. Getting error message: "Email test failed. LOGIN failed." I am positive the login information is correct as I can login to the webmail with same credentials. Can anyone help me out with what could be wrong?

 

I tested within outlook with IMAP configuration and it works just fine. So I am sure IMAP is configured correctly.

Are you using IMAP with SSL? If so, the default port is 993. Try with that port and see if it works now. Another test you can do is using Gmail's IMAP server. It's imap.gmail.com with port 993. Supply it with a valid gmail account and make sure to check the "SSL" box at the bottom. Test that and see if it's successful for you.
