Action Path Conditions Show Incorrect Button Values

When I'm setting up a gateway's path conditions based on an action value, it gives a drop down. I am seeing values that are not button options. See below.

Where is "Completed" coming from?

I think I figured out the answer. I believe Completed is coming from the Accounts Payable step as they have an Action Button with that value. It would be nice if the only available values to choose from were from incoming tasks to that Gateway.
