Feature Request: Notification When Process Fails

I just noticed in one of our Processes that there was a form that has a status of Failed. I would like the ability (like in Workflow) to be able to get notified if a form goes into a Failed state.

This was implemented in Forms 10.2.

I have found that most of the time when a process fails, an error is reported to the server's Event Viewer. You can set up rules on these reports for the forms service and have it forward you the event to an email address.
