Volume location

Client is on Laserfiche Standard 8.3.  They would like to know if it is possible to have one of their Volumes located on a separate server?

Yes, you can do that. In the Help Documentation it talks about the "Path to Volume" and the options for setting that up. If storing the volume on a different server, you would use the Relative Path it talks about.

Yes, that is possible. The Laserfiche Server service account needs to be one that has rights to the network location. You would also need to specify the volume path in the Laserfiche Administration Console using UNC.
