character limit in mail subject

Hi,  activity in workflow email in the subject line should reach the following example; FAC DIGEMA DG 181563 DISTRIBUIDORA GUACHIPELIN SA ¢ 47,447 SAN JOSE COSTA RICA but it comes with the following;FAC DIGEMA DG 181563 DISTRIBUIDORA GUACHIPELIN SA ¢ 47,4.

searching the internet indicates that the character limit for the subject is 250 so it should not be a problem. 

any solution?

The limit is 256 characters. However, if it contains non-ASCII characters (like ¢), we trim it to 60.

What is the name of the email activity? does it happen to be 200 characters? is there any other part of your activity that might include a length of that size? perhaps the document path if you attached a document.

 

EDIT: Also, what version you running on?

Activity is "Email". 

From more than 60 characters gives the problem to the case

Workflow version 9.1.1
