Can't toggle between screens when attaching out of Laserfiche to Outlook. We are experiencing this issue with 2003 and later versions of Office products.

I found the reference below that talks about the same thing from 2005

The link works in Firefox for me, though it does not work in IE.

The issue posted on the forum was:

When sending a document as an email attachment from within Laserfiche, the Outlook New Message screen appears. If the client already has the main Outlook application open, they are unable to toggle between the two Outlook screens. Only the New Message dialog screen is available, until the message is either sent or cancelled.

And Justin Pava responded:

I've been informed that this is simply an outlook issue and we don't have any control over it. If you try 'Send to-->Mail Recipient (as attachment)' from Microsoft Word, for example, you will notice the same behavior.

Given that the issue is within Outlook and not something we can control, unless Outlook has made a change, I don't see how this could have been fixed.

Can you be more specific? that link does not work and frankly, it's a bit confusing to understand.
