Search Box Missing in Weblink

Have two different accounts logging into LF via Weblink. I have a guest account that has limited access and a "user" account which can see more. The problem I'm having is the guest account can see a search box in Weblink, but the user account cannot (simply not in the source). In the designer search is turned on as well as in the config file.

 

Is there some sort of extra permission that the "user" account needs to have the search box show up like the guest account?

Please confirm that the "user" account has the "Search" feature right enabled in the Laserfiche Administration Console.
