Has anybody else had issues where Kofax VRS does not load upon opening Quick Fields 9 on Windows 7 machines? There are no errors, but when you click scan, nothing happens. If you manually load the scan source, VRS loads in the tray at the bottom right, and you can begin scanning.
I've had this happen on 3 or 4 separate computers, but I'm not sure if it's related to Windows 7 or Quick Fields 9, as they've all been situations where both were upgraded at the same time.
UAC is down on all of the machines, but I'm sure it could be that permissions to certain folders/files need to be manually adjusted. Any insight would be very helpful - thanks!
