I have a potential client that, without having to save and OCR every single email, they want a way that LF will “grab” all emails from exchange or where ever and save a copy into their repository that is searchable. Maybe weekly or daily. I’m not sure how to accomplish this.

Maybe a third party app?

Scenario. City has a law suit filled and wants to quickly pull all emails and documents from the last XX number of years to send to whoever.
