Question

error 9520 - what does this mean?

SDK
asked on March 17, 2014 Show version history

They are using the SDK, specifically DocumentAccessManagement. The customer suspects this is trying to login with a named user more than 4 times but want's to verify.

They also want to know where this error would be logged to, and if there is a list of error numbers that is accessible. [EDIT: I did find the Error Code listing page for this question, but 9520 is not on it]

I suspect this would be in the standard logs accessible by Audit Trail?

Here's the error, edited with "company" to remove the customer's name:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The error code means that no license has been allocated to the user they are connecting as. Verify what user is being used and that it has a named user license. Then check to see how many existing connections the user already has.
