Renaming document does not rename shortcut

 Hi, 

 

I have executed a workflow from the Workflow designer to rename documents to which we present shortcuts to the users and it seems the shortcut are not getting the updated name. Is this normal behavior? I guess renaming the shortcut would have been a better approach.

Shortcuts point to entry IDs and have no implicit relation with document names. You can however retrieve a document's shortcuts using activity Retrieve Shortcuts then rename each entry accordingly.
