Feature Request: Leave private comments when marking a reply as helpful

This is a feature request to make it possible to leave a friendly message to someone when you mark their comment as helpful. 

 

Just figured this is something that would be nice to have.

If you mark a response as helpful, you can post a reply with your friendly message.  Is there a case you're imagining that this would not suffice?

Just thought it would be best to have it be a private message, as it does not need to inform others that are subscribed to the question about the response.
