I've heard of being able to share connections to Laserfiche originating from the same machine but am unsure what they are and how they are applied.
We have a client reporting that users are getting a no named user license available error when they have several instances of MS Word/Excel open along with the client (9.1.0).
I am so far unable to recreate this depsite opening multiple documents, client instances and the admin console. I also don't sometimes see a connection for those open Word documents in the admin console (Activity > Sessions)
Can anyone shed any light on this and explain what, if any, limits exisit for such connections?
