Does anyone know why a user is not able to get into LF client with windows authentication?

The user keeps getting "The user login or password is incorrect 9010".  They had been able to login fine all day until recently when this message appears.

What version of Laserfiche are you using? Does it work if you manually enter their domain credentials into the username and password fields?

This is resolved.  The issue was with user passwords expiring in the middle of the day.  This is why windows authentication was not working.  Thanks for your help.

If you are using Avante or Rio make sure the user is marked as a named user.
