K-12 Student Folder Structure

Does anyone in K-12 education have a student folder structure they would be willing to share? We are getting ready to start a project to restructure our student folder structure and are wanting to look at what other districts have done.

Hi Blake,

Have you looked on the Laserfiche Solution Exchange? A number of school districts have shared their solutions - many of which include the folder structure for student records. Two articles that you may find relevant include Eastern Carver County Schools and Adams 12.

We have looked on the Solution Exchange, but the ones that are listed there do not show their entire Student Records folder structures. That is what we are looking for.

I have the same question as we are about to branch out to our campuses. I'd like to explore other's folder structures; trying to come up with the best way of setting up the security for 70 campuses and records management.
