Unidentified Documents - Options Greyed Out?

 I need to change the path of unidentified documents, but the entire box is greyed out and I can't change anything.  It is currently not configured and going into the default location.

Hi Sue,

 

That option is only available if you have Quick Fields Agent or the Document Classification add-on. See this page for more information.

I did see this, but missed the fact that I don't have the agent.

I am having this same issue, but we do have Quick Fields Agent.  How does Quick Fields "know" that the Agent is installed?  That is not in the documentation page referenced here.

 

The Agent is installed on the same machine as QF, and reactivating QF does not enable the Unidentified Documents screen.
