I need a Laserfiche glossary so that I can understand what is meant by your proprietary terms such as "Records Management Edition", "Snapshot" and "Import Agent"

I have searched glossary and terminology and cannot find.

I don't think we have an actual glossary, but the product list an the feature matrix might help.

Snapshot is a virtual printer that can generate images out electronic documents. Import Agent is a utility that imports documents from network folders into Laserfiche on a schedule.
