Starting rule when document is changed

Hi,

 

Can I set a Workflow Starting rule to start only when a document is changed and closed ? It would be convenient to prevent documents to be moved away immediately after a change. For instance, when you apply a Stamp on a page then want to move to another page to make another change Laserfiche needs to immediately update the document. This is considered a change and the Worflow starts immediately.

Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between saving a change to the document when going between pages and saving a change when the document is closed.

Hi Michel,

 

You can set a rule for "electronic document change" and "check-in." Would they work for you? Those options are available in 9.1.0 designer.
