You could make 20 copies of the business process, deleting the unnecessary forms in each copy. Forms can't be shared between processes now, so this might be the easiest way to do what you want.
Like Eric said, you would need to make duplicates of the forms.
You might want to remove the forms from any steps in the process modeler before you duplicate the form so that you don't have to do that individually to each duplicate BP. Also, you might want to revise the Process Modeler steps to be as basic or close to the majority of the new version's processes. This will save you time when you go ahead and separate them and use them in the new way.
Another little helpful hint as well, try renaming the copy BP first to the name of the form you want to keep so it's easy to keep track of them and to make sure you remember which form not to delete in that copy.
You can also create your templates from your existing processes. These templates include the original business process’ configured process model and forms.

Armando,
I don't think this was the focus of the question. They do not want to make a template or reuse anything to that degree. They want the forms inside one of their BP's to be separated out to 1 Form per 1 BP. I imagine the Process Modeler would be quite simple for a process of just 1 form.
