what could be causing a windows authentication fail error 1201?

cannot log into laserfiche client keep getting a windows authentication failed message error 1201.  i can log in with admin account but nothing else after that.

That message is indicative of a problem with the user profiles in active directory, outside of Laserfiche, reference https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/print/1012431.

Try:

-use same account to login from other workstation.

-ask other user to try to login from your workstation.

-Install windows updates and reboot workstation.
