I have a client using Quickfields 8.3.0.413 and Laserfiche 8.3.1.663 and when they scan the pages scrolls by and then it starts to generate thumbnails.  The process of generating thumbnails takes about 4 minutes for 40 pages.

The issue started yesterday across 15+ Quickfields scanning stations.  These scanning stations do not all look at the same Laserfiche server not that it matters for the generation of thumbnails but figured I would add that.

The PC is a Windows 7 64bit Quad core with 12GB of memory and during this process the CPU and memory are not taxed at all. I have switched from Scan Connect to Universal Capture and the issue still occurs.  I have tried multiple QF sessions and I have created new QF sessions and the issue still occurs.  The current station I am working on does not have virus scan loaded the others do but have all the proper exceptions.  If I scan in the LFscan.exe the issue does not happen, it only happens in QF.  I have ran a repair of QF and that did not help.

I really don't want to uninstall and reinstall because they have 15+ stations that just started having this issue yesterday.  That would mean doing that to each of those stations if it fixes it, so I am looking for other ideas.
