Forms Version 9 Business Processes

I was wondering about the makeup of the following URL:

http://localhost/Forms/Home/MyTasks#?bpid=0&so=0&gb=starttime&x=1

It seems the Business Process ID could be specified which would be nice to use in a reminder email after an intermediate timer event.

I was wondering if there is a list of different variables we can customize on this or other webpages in forms.

The URL structure reflects the filtering options and whether you are showing tasks from a particular business process or from all processes.
