Having trouble here

I want to run a for each value for every value in a multi-value token.

When choosing the For Each Value activity I get the description "For each token specified" followed by a list of tokens to specify. That would be a For Each Token activity. I want the values within the token.

For Each Value does what you want. Any token/value you put in the properties will be looped through. Multivalued tokens will have each of its values processed for every activity inside the For Each.

For example: If your token was : a@aol.com | g@gmail.com | h@hotmail.com

If you put that token in the For Each Value and used the "Current Value" in the "To:" field it would send one email to each account:
