Is there a way to Find and Replace characters in all file names?

I have some invalid characters in folder names and file names. It would be nice to be able to correct all at once vs. one at a time.

You could run a Workflow on them. You can use Pattern Matching and the Rename activity to do the work for you in Workflow.
