Laserfiche security can be configured down to the document level, but not to the individual pages of a single document. You can secure specific information on a page using redactions, but it would be a fair amount of work to redact whole pages for specific users.

From your question it sounds like you would like to grey out specific values within a list field but not others. If that is the case, this is not possible. However, if Workflow is moving a document through this business process you could always make the field read-only for the majority of users but allow your Workflow user to edit the field. In this way the users wouldn’t see the other values in the list field, but Workflow could change the selected value when necessary. Depending on what you are using this list field for, you might be able to present the same information with Workflow Business Process steps. If you are using this list field to track the status of a document in a business process, your Workflow Business Process steps could present the current stage of the process to the users in the Business Process pane, as well as relevant information about past stages of that particular document in the process.
