Indexing Stopped

 Our Indexing Services is stopped we cannot able to restart kindly Give the solution

Make sure the Laserfiche Full-Text Indexing and Search Engine service is started on the server where search resides.

sir my services is also not starting, i have searched in  some files need to be updated showing i.e QRCMd.exe and LfFts.exe my version is 8.2.1.672

You may want to look into Mr. Geist's suggestion below. Also, what error(s) are you getting in the event log?

If the service won't restart you may have something wrong with the search catalog. I would rename the existing one at the folder level, (usually in under the repository folder), to searchold or something, the start the service. You should then be able to create a new catalog in the LF Admin console and it will re-index.

Is there anything in the Event Viewer on the LFFTS machine?
