Entry not found. [0472-WF1]

Active Directory ties into Laserfiche for all of Workflow processing and Routing  of Entries. Recently we had added (ATG) on to the end of a Display Name for Merrill, Zach (ATG) in Active Directory. Since this change, all steps in the workflow that require navigation to user Merrill, Zach (ATG) break the workflow and the Entry not found. [0472-WF1] is displayed. Does Laserfiche not accept parenthese at the end of a display name?

Miruna,

 

I discovered the issue which now seems like a no-brainer. A Delete Shortcut activity was set up before the Route to User step. The Route to User step was trying to route an entry that already was deleted. I set up a simple Find User step and then E-mail user notification. The workflow works great now.

How are you setting the path? Can you post a screenshot of the Destination tab?
