I have a user who is having problems with the outlook add-in remaining active. She was originally running Office 2k13, but we have since downgraded her to 2010, but the problem remains. I have checked the registry entry referenced below, and the 'LoadBehavior' key is always set to 3. I am able to activate the add-in and it works, but when outlook is restarted, it is disabled. Has anyone else experienced this?
