Trying to add an updated PDF to an existing workflow that uses the Retrieve from PDF activity. Workflow is not picking up the new fields add in the updated PDF. It shows them but does not allow me to add them.

On workflow 9.0.3, I am trying to update an existing workflow that uses the Retrieve from PDF activity. The PDF form has been updated to include two additional fields that I would like to incorporate into workflow. The problem is that when I replace the current form with the updated form, workflow shows the new fields but does not add them. It also does not recognize the field name for those particular fields. I was wondering what may be the cause for this. This PDF form is used in multiple workflows.

I expect you mean Workflow 9.0.2 since there is no 9.0.3. This is a known issue. You will need to delete and re-create the activity.

Yes, I meant 9.0.2, I was running LF server 9.0.3.

I am on version 10.2.0.216 and am still experiencing the need to delete the activity and re-add.  Has there been a fix for this?

I've been experiencing this problem for a while. One thing to note is that if your field names do not change and you don't have any new fields that you need to pull information from, you do not need to reconfigure it.

Yep, if only that was the case, But I the PDF form has two new fields added that I need to incorporate into workflow, and pull them into the metadata template.
