Distributed Computing Cluster 9.1.1 isn't working on my Rio system

If I try to connect it to Web Access, it says that "OCR processing could not be performed by the Scheduler.", and if I submit Workflow jobs to it they fail with a licensing error in the DCC Scheduler's Event Log.

This is an issue caused by not having an up to date License Manager. In order to use License Manager with DCC, you have to update it to 8.3.1.402. The update is available as a hotfix on the support site, on KB 1013437.
