Have a customer that just upgraded to 9.1

Previously the behavior of the "Within Folder" search interface was to remember the folder that was typed in or selected with the browse button.

Now, the behavior is that every time the Search interface is opened, it reset the folder path to the currently selected folder. 

(This is with the "Selected folder:" radio button clicked, NOT the "current folder:" radio button)

Is this intentional behavior or is this something that may return to its previous functionality.
