Error in QF when adding a Sample Image - "Scan Engine Timed out [0967-BP0]"

Has anyone seen this error before?

I have updated to the newest version of QF but still encounter it. I can scan a document using TWAIN and have no issues but if I scan it to add as a sample page, I get this error "Scan Engine Timed out [0967-BP0]" .... any suggestions?

We've had this at a few clients before, we didn't delve into the problem so much. We just did a workaround of scanning through regular Laserfiche scanning and exporting the Tiff to the desktop and importing a sample image instead of scanning one.

I am getting this with only a specific PDF. As long as the TIFF conversion doesn't alter the resolution that should work fine.
