Is there an Admin and User guide PDf available for download? I can see the help files on the support site but I have a new employee looking for a guide he can print or use when he isn't connected to the Internet.

Your Laserfiche installation should have included local help files that can be accessed without an internet connection. They contain the same content as the online help files (though they may not be as up to date), and can be printed at your discretion.
Help files are installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\Documentation. They can be printed through any program which reads CHM Files. In most situations they will qualify as a manual.
We were required on a project to provide pdf and MS Word versions of Laserfiche manuals. Today software companies don't supply manuals. To produce they are resource intensive, costly and out of date before they are printed. Instead they supply on-line help.
So how do you meet the requirement? We found Softpedia's CHM Converter called ABC Amber CHM. It has a long list of formats that it will supply.

PDF and Word formats are the ones we us most. It is great for producing presentation/training materials and required documentation. It is a real time saver.

Hi Wade-
Our training manuals present the material in the manner of "this is how to use the software" in its current version. This has the best impact with our online and in person training.
If you are looking for information about what's new in the latest version, that gets documented on the Support Site. For example, this whitepaper on the functionality that was added in Laserfiche 9.1.
As mentioned earlier in this discussion, the help files are great as a reference to help understand specific functionality, but probably are not the best learning tool. There's a lot of information out there, it's just a matter of connecting the right resource to the information you need.
That's great but... is there no consolidated collection in a single PDF to be read as a manual or booklet?
There is no PDF of the local or online help, but within the Laserfiche Client installation folder there is a SupportDocumentation folder that has quite a few PDFs about Laserfiche products. You may take a look at those.
If what you want is a way to train your new user, you'd be better off signing him/her up for CPPs and VAR training here at Laserfiche (both of which have actual PDFs of training manuals). The help files, while complete, aren't really set up to train someone anyway.
The guides and training manuals for 9 are just ver 8 manuals renamed. There isn't any description of commands that have changed. If you read thru the training manual you think nothing has changed but actually a lot has changed and you have to go thru the entire manual step by step to find the changes on your on. How disappointing.
