Quick Fields Agent 9 is displayed as 8 in the Console

 If you see the screen shot below, it appears that even though you install QF Agent 9 when you open up the Console it still looks like 8 and says 8.  However, if you got to Help and About, it says Version 9.  Just wanted to point this out to you.

Hi there,

 

Quick Fields Agent 9 uses the Laserfiche Web Administration Console. The image you sent looks like a desktop Administration Console, which may be why you’re running into that discrepancy. If you manage your Quick Fields sessions from the Web Admin Console you shouldn’t see this issue.

The MMC snap-in for the QF Agent Administration Console that comes with Quick Fields Agent 9 is only installed for troubleshooting purposes and it was not updated. It will work fine, the version in the main node is just for display. Like Kelsey said, the main way of administering Quick Fields Agent 9 is through the Web Administration Console.
