 Hellow,

 

We have recently updated License Manager server, so the Laserfiche server went from version 8.1 to 8.3, 
We encountered a problem during 
the integration of the Arab OCR Sakhr 10.0 Gold and Platinum with the new client version 8.3 Laserfiche.

 

Is there a new method of integration with the Client 8.3 ?

Right. I was asking what exactly happens now. Do you get an error? Does your OCR engine not show up in the Client? How do you know it does not work?

i have the same problem i cannot see the  OCR Arab Sakhr with the Laserfiche Client 8.3?

Plz help

The integration with Sakhr OCR was not written and is not maintained by Laserfiche. You should contact the vendor.
