Prompts when importing to a new repository

We have alot of images to move from one repository to other repository. When you copy from one repository. and then paste it to other repository. there are 2 prompts that come up before the copying process is complete. How can we avoid those prompts to keep the machines running thru the night without having someone watch the machine?

If you are getting the same two prompts that I am, there is one that confirms the import location, and one that matches your template selection. For the template selection you can mark the box "Don’t ask me this question in the future" to get rid of it. If you disable this prompt, Laserfiche will choose template options for you. As for the import location confirmation, you cannot get rid of it, but you should only have to input the import folder once. After this, the rest of your import should run smoothly.

Another alternative would be to run a Workflow that "replicates entries." Use a "Search Repository" activity to locate exactly the entries that need moving, then use Replicate Entries to recreate their folder path in the other repository.

If this is a one shot deal, you can run this once and let it keep going until it finishes. If this is a nightly or weekly thing you have to do, you could run this Workflow on a schedule instead.
