How do I unlock a folder on laserfiche client 9.1?

There should be a node in the Administration Console in the Activity session called 'entry locks'.

 

Usually entries are locked for a reason and unlocked when that's done. Do you have any SDK scripts that might be leaving the entry in a locked state, perhaps?

Same questions really. Do you have and SQL scripts or Workflow activites that might be moving documents around or leaving them in a locked state? Does anything display in the 'Entry Locks' node in the Administration console?

I have checked with the users who are facing this issue. And the issue is coming up when the "Search fields" option is checked while searching. Once it is unchecked the problem got solved.

 

Could you please throw some light on this.
