Is it normal to have multiple FTSUsers running??

 I've noticed as well as customers that in 9.1, there are many instances of FTSUsers running in the Admin Console??  Is this normal?  When I click on ALL Sessions...there are quite a few.

It is normal to have multiple FTSUSER$ users listed. If you have Workflow, you may also see multiple WFUSER$ users listed.

 

Important: The FTSUSER$ and WFUSER$ connections are used by the Full-Text Search Service and by Laserfiche Workflow, respectively. They do not decrease your licensed connection count and should not be disconnected.
