Has anybody done any integration work with MS Dynamics, and specificly version 2013

The best place to check for integrations is the Laserfiche Integration Marketplace. There is a section for CRM Integrations. Looks like Cities Digital has one with MS Dynamics. You may want to check with them to see if they have updated it to work with 2013.

Affinity has integrated with previous versions. I'm not sure if it has been tested specifically with 2013, but it should still work. They offer a fully functional trial version of the software so you can test it before you buy it.
