Yes. I was told if possible not to use Excel as it only allows for 10 simultaneous connections and usually Workflow will open and close connections so fast that it maxes out on allowed connections and will probably error before it finishes.

In Workflow if you add an Enterprise Integration activity to the workflow pane, in the properties pane you will see a Data Source section. Select the drop down and choose Manage Data Sources to start setting up your data source.
